      RC material is NOT illegal to possess or buy, but it is illegal to sell in Australia – of course Conroy only focus on the second point, and the presenters obviously don't realise this. It is a similar deal as X content, which is legal to purchase anywhere in Australia, but only legal to sell in the territories. That is why Canberra is known as the porn capital.

      That means, you can legally purchase RC material in book or DVD form online and have it delivered to your door, but Conroy want's you to stop downloading /exactly/ the same material.

      That $43 million would go a hell of a long way to helping the AFP track down and arrest/prosecute true child pornographers.

      "Refused classification, that's child pornography, pro-bestiality sites, pro-rape websites, and material like that."

      "and it's illegal to have it" – why does that other guy even say this?
